QCRB Cainta (Rizal) Branch

The branch expansion of Quezon Capital Rural Bank (QCRB) took another boost with the opening of its 31st branch in Cainta, Rizal, situated along Ortigas Avenue extension which connects the town to Pasig City, and serving as QCRB’s doorway to Metro Manila.
“This is a significant move for QCRB, in our quest to assert our own brand in the local market while thinking of competition on a global mindset”, declared its youthful President and CEO, Atty. Edward Leandro Z. Garcia, Jr. Alongside its branching program, QCRB has likewise improved and expanded its banking facilities from the traditional to the non-traditional services that rural banks used to offer. With the introduction of its ATM facilities in 2007, it paved the way for other electronic channels to be opened, all for easy and convenient banking such as electronic fund transfers, money remittances, point of sale (POS) system, bills payment and other internet-based facilities.
Equally suitable and satisfactory are the loan services it offers. “Not many knew that we have plenty of clients from Metro Manila”, reveals Atty. Garcia. “While we are based in the province, clients from Manila who have roots or some connections to the province, prefer to borrow from our bank than most of the big banks in the city. It is perhaps, our simplicity and sincerity in the way we do lending business, plus the competitive interest rates we offer that draw those Manila-based borrowers to us”, adds Atty. Garcia. The bank offers an array of loan facilities that will suit the needs of clients, from business loans to consumer loans, housing and real estate loans, purchase of condominium or townhouse units, construction of commercial buildings and other credit lines, all on flexible and convenient terms of payment.
The opening of its Cainta branch, which is only about 10-minute ride from Ortigas center in Pasig, could very well benefit not only its existing clients but potential borrowers from Metro Manila in terms of accessibility and convenience.
QCRB is set to open this year its branches in Sto. Tomas, Bauan and Rosario, Batangas and Siniloan, Laguna, adding its total branch network to 35.
